I enjoy getting to know my patients on a personal level and customize treatment based on their specific needs. My favorite part of dentistry is the continued care. I love seeing patients on a continuing basis to monitor and aid their dental health, as well as learn about their travels, family, and life events. I believe this is what sets the field of dentistry apart from other practices of medicine, and is what drew me to the field. Your dental health and comfort during your experience is my number one priority.

Education and Continuing Education

I studied dentistry at the Medical University of South Carolina in sunny Charleston, SC, and graduated in 2021. After graduation, I spent 3 years working at a busy family practice in Denver, Colorado while my wife finished her PhD In Neuroscience at the University of Denver. I joined Dr. Thatch in July of 2024 upon moving to the area. We could think of no better area to call home and I truly enjoy serving the Colonial Heights community.

Family and Community

I was born and raised in Apex, North Carolina. My wife and I are excited to be back east and put roots down in the Richmond area. I enjoy any activity that gets me outside such as golf, fly fishing, hiking and camping. I grew up working in a kitchen and love taking on challenging recipes as well as exploring restaurants in the surrounding area.
